Linkage: Consume
Amazon-- Though I still use the site for my book searches, Amazon has prices on everything from DVDs to home electronics. You can also find a growing number of game soundtracks if you know where to look.
Beverage Direct-- Mmm... wholesale Jones soda and assorted energy drinks...
E*bay-- The world's largest auction site where you can get everything from the latest in computer gadgetry, to the most obscure collectible, and everything in-between. My auctions are usually here.
Giant Robot-- This store has its roots in a zine that highlighted funky, eclectic and off-the-wall designer items that spotlight Asian and Asian-American pop culture. The first Giant Robot 'zine was a stapled and folded photocopied digest with a print run of about 240. Now, there are two Giant Robot stores in San Francisco and one being built in NYC.
ThinkGeek-- From cubicle gadgets, to the latest "ooh, that's cool" computer gizmos, to the large Caffeine section, and an ever-widening selection of books, posters, mugs, and, well, stuff, it's a veritable geek's candy store (they have caffeine candy, too).
GameRang-- Rent video games online for the GameCube, Gameboy Advance PS2, or X-box. Shipping is free. And best of all, no late fees. If you end up liking a game after a rental, you can even buy it at a deep discount.
